FTP Site

You can drop off files at the address below. You will be able to see the file once it is copied, but you will not be able to alter or delete it. If the transfer fails but the file still shows in the directory, you must resend the file under a different name because overwriting an existing file is not allowed.

Depending on your setup you can drag and drop or copy and paste files right through Internet Explorer. If you are told that the user name or password are incorrect you will need to change the FTP login in your Internet Explorer. Select "File" from the tile bar at the top left of your screen, Then select "Login as" you will get the window below or one similar. Check the "Login Anonymously" box, enter your e-mail address and then press "Login".

Once you are logged in, you can locate a file using Windows Explorer, copy the file by first selecting it then using "Edit" - "Copy" from your title bar to copy the file. Switch back to Internet Explorer where you are still located in our FTP directory and use "Edit" - "Paste". The file should then copy over and appear in the window.
